A red light usually means there is an error like a paper jam, an open cover, or the printer is out of labels. Check the media roll first to make sure it is loaded right.
Blank labels often mean the ribbon is loaded upside down or the print head is too dirty to heat up. Check that the ink side of the ribbon is facing the labels.
This is usually a calibration issue. The printer does not recognize where one label ends and the next begins. Running a sensor calibration should fix this.
While you can use many brands, you must make sure the labels are "Thermal Transfer" if you use a ribbon, or "Direct Thermal" if you do not. Using the wrong type will result in no print.
Check your "Devices and Printers" folder. Right-click your Zebra printer and make sure "Use Printer Offline" is not checked. If it is, click it to turn it back on.
